The bracelet was actually quite nice...but also quite small. I emailed about changing for a larger size and was told there was only one size. The return policy was that it could be returned in original packaging, within 30 days. I followed this procedure only to have my package refused and returned to sender. I have had this bracelet before and know that it comes in different sizes. I should have done more due diligence before ordering. Other websites offer more sizing options and better pricing. VERY DISAPPOINTED that this shop showed no integrity in honoring their return policy. Will not be returning or recommending.
